Hair & Accessories are included. Please NO EXTRA PEOPLE! Cancellation Policy: After 10mins your appointment will be cancelled. - NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. You will need to reschedule at least 24 hours advance via any available time on the site. FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR HAIR SHOULD BE WASHED AND BLOWDRIED & DETANGLED. DO NOT PUT ANY PRODUCT IN YOUR HAIR (OILS,LEAVE IN CONDITIONERS, etc.) REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE IN CASH ONCE YOU ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Cancellation Policy

Your non-refundable deposit is due immediately when booking your appointment. The card on file will be charged to confirm your slot. Hair is included in our prices. Please be sure your hair is shampooed and FREE OF PRODUCT (oils, moisturizers, etc.) prior to your appointment. Cancellations must be submitted 48 hours prior to your appointment for a fully refundable deposit. Cancellations received later than, deposit will not be refunded but you will be allowed to move your appointment to a date within a two-week period.
